    93 200sx s13, NFS Underground is back!

    Hey everyone.

My name's Quentin, I'm from France. After owning many Honda and tried Subaru, I had the opportunity to buy a car I was looking at for now 10 years. It's pretty awesome for me to get one since it was pretty much on of my dream car!

I found the add here on Driftworks forum. I flew to Scotland and met Ewan, to get this beauty and damn! It's awesome, I love it. Well, it's super loud, super unconfortable, super fancy, but meh I should survive!

So huge thanks to him for being pretty serious and legit about the sale. I had a 12h trip to get back to France and everything went well.

    So first the specs:

    Engine

    T28
    APEXI air filter
Toyosport front mount intercooler w/ hard pipes
    Toyosport alluminium radiator
    Tubular exhaust manifold
Full elbow back Toyosport exhaust 3" through to 4" backbox
    Turbonoz stage 1 ecu
Horsham developments 255l/h uprated fuel pump

    Chassis

    Driftworks cs1 coilovers VLSD
    25mm 5 stud conversion spacers
    s14 front brake calipers
    HELL braided brake lines
    Rear strut brace
Riverside Altstadt wheels 18x8.5 and 18x9.5
    Falken ZE914 tyres in 225/40/18 and 235/40/18

    Interior

    Recaro reclining bucket seat
    Aftermarket stearing wheel
    Handbrake button
Car is stripped out in the rear

    Exterior

    Kinzuru Auto Salon 180sx kit
    326 power rep spoiler
    Altezza taillights
    Recent respray
    Recently undersealed

Here's how I get the car with stock taillights and R33 GTR wheels

First mods I bought without even having the car yet

    And the taillights

I had a pretty hard time with the taillights wire, but after figured this out, I was working correctly. I still have the fog light to wire but I will wait.

And here's how it sits after that!

Now, I'm waiting for chrome decals to make the car a bit more unique. I would like to give it some kind of a D1GP car look.

I hope you'll enjoy it. I trying to learn how the car feels and react before trying to skid it.

Yeah you're right, it's pretty clean now and I love it, but I always wanted a drift car with decals. It should looks good.

I'm planning a Signal Auto splash design decal with some other smaller ones here and here.

Hey Quentin, hope you stayed on the correct side of the road all the way home! (I saw Ewan's "goodbye car" post on facebook ;) )

Glad to see you aren't sticking around with thing and getting stuck in with the mods straight away!
I look forward to seeing pictures of it used in anger!

Salut Yann !

Ahah! Yeah, I felt so stupid when I saw cars coming at me. I was so excited by getting the car I totally forget to stay on the left side. But don't worry, I've been careful the rest of the trip!

Yeah, I wanted to give my small personnal touch as fast as possible, plus the fact I really dislike the oem taillights and the gtr wheels.

I really hope I'll be able to find a drift day not to far from my place soon, but sadly in France, we don't have many of these. I can't wait to trash it on a track!

Hey every one. Not much new around here. Trying to enjoy the car before leaving France for work.

The car is still running fine except that it only takes 0.4 on boot, may have a leak somewere. And also, it's consumming a lot of cooling water. No smoke and no funny noise so I think it's a leak too instead of the worst case, the head gasket.

I also finaly recieved my stickers after more than a month.

It should be something between these two cars. Hope you'll enjoy it. I'm starting to put everything tomorrow.

Where did you get those rear lights from? I'm struggling to find any.

    Winner, thank you.
Never really bought anything from America before but, he seems to have good reviews.
Great build, giving me some ideas.

    Haha you're welcome

They have tons of good stuff, but it's expensive in term of shipping charge, and it's only if they're willing to send the parts.

So, I started to put the stickers on. Hoped I could do more this morning but it was really cold. I'm a bit disappointed since when I ordered the signal auto decal, I asked chrome with white outline, and that outline is a bit too large imo. And also, I should have put it a bit closer to the headlight. Oh well, I'll wait until it's finished to see how it will come.

Sorry for the super shitty pictures, my phone camera glass is broken

Now I have to figure out how to put sponsor decals. The top of each other on the door or side to side on the side skirt... If you have any suggestions, I'm open.

    Hi everyone.

After a month stopped because of various engine issues, the car is finally runing. Not feeling totaly fine since the car seems to make a lot of funny noise, but I love it.

Gone to a Belgium meet and manage to get some decent picture of the car made by a good friend. I invite you to check his FB page.

    Thanks sir.

Ok, I managed to install my neon lights.

I'm super happy with the render. Now my car looks like I've always wanted, like it's out of the first Fast and Furious movie. Ricer king!
