2 years ago I went looking for a clean, unmodified, low milage Japanese car to do this. A uk car came up and I couldn't say no to it - 80k miles, full toyota service history from day one, all mots, original receipt/warranty, unmodified and it was a very good price.
I bought new from Toyota - 2 rear quarter panels, drivers door, sunroof, boot, front bumper, rear bumper, fuel lid, outer wheelhouse panels, rear lights and centre section. second-hand front wings, Levin grill, Japanese heater unit, Japanese speedo/tach unit.
The car was taken apart and every bit of rust was removed and repaired properly. The shell was sprayed Toyota Super II white and rebuilt.

I have Volk Racing mesh wheels to go onto it, they're being refurbished at the moment. Japanese side mirrors and rear boot lock unit to go on, unknown Japanese front coilovers being reconditioned by Darren Mc and fitted with TRD shocks, Cusco top mounts and Techno Pro Spirits RCA's, rear TRD shocks with TRD springs, Jubiride traction brackets, Noby Booth adjustable panhard rod, Revolver carbon fibre front strut brace, Bride fixed bucket, ordering Techno Pro Spirits grooved disks, project mu lines and pads and getting the calipers reconditioned.

Looks quite like my old coupe, get yourself a standard black boot spoiler for it.

Looking forward to seeing this in the flesh.

if you get a full replacement panel and someone who knows what they're doing it should be handy enough :)

Fair play lad, some work has gone into that.

First JDM-conversion I've seen done to a UK car in Eire... The Superlite/Janspeed/Koni boys won't be happy! But to me a nice Cam, is a nice Cam.
