    Opel Manta A 3600 -71 Drift/Street machine, lots of pics. 56K killer

Hi everyone, here´s something about my drifter. I reckon it´s better to show something different that you don´t get bored to only Nissans...

I´ve had this car for over five years and kept building it every winter faster and drivable (winters in Finland are too long). I´ve used it for drifting for 3 summers and car is pretty good for this sport, this is not exatly a drift car but works for it too...

Lightweight car and BIG ,fast revving, naturally aspirated, torque monster engine is very fun combination.

OH MY GOSH!!! I want your babies! haha (not literatly) Id take your car though!

Personally i think this is the best car ever to have landed in the drift scene! EVER!!!

Dude, you can certainly be proud to say that, you own this car! I WANT IT!! Always had a soft spot for the mk1 Manta, but this is something else!

Wanna swap a Starion for it :p :D

And project part, next winters to do list.

-Electic power steering from Corsa B
-Engine rebuild, changing C36NE pistons to Wössner forded ones, comp ratio goes from 10,3:1 to aprox 12:1, hoping to get some more bhp.
    -Rollcage
    -New seats and belts
-Stiffer springs to front and coilovers to rear.
    -Rebuilding an LSD

    Pics coming...

awesome! Is it same block as the 24V Omega A? (ie our Vauxhall Carlton GSI)

if so, would the 24v head be a good idea?

That is same block that Omega A 12V, 24V block has some minor differences, 24v is impossible because finnish laws. Allthough that´s not really better than good ported 12V head, lighter it is...
