Another update.

Well, its really starting to come together now!! its just amazing how qucik a shell turns back into a car!

I Fitted all the new poly bushes on the tension rods/TCA and fitted the coilovers and re packed the bearings with LM grease (messy job!).

Also fitted the TRD front anti roll bar too.

I didnt get any pics of this stage as my hands were messy from the grease but I did get some after I fist lowered the car back down after over 6 months!!

happy days and enjoy.

I am absolute chuffed to bits!!

Car looks hard as nails and I love it!! ..........

pleae excuse the dirt on it as its been sitting in a dusty shed for ages.

also, I am sorting out the rear ride heigh before it hits the streets but this allows me to roll it about for now as I need to sort out my shed as its a mess!!!

Lots of things to do, and waiting now for the VEMS ecu and new loom being made, once thats done, I can get it running!!

Thanks
Adam

I would of done but the trumpet nearest the brake M/S was pre bent.

So it just fits with compensation for the engine movement.

cheers guys!

here is a pic to show how low the ARB is from the floor.

I think that the front will be rasied a bit before its done but its looks ace now!!

Its weird to being used to the front being so high on axel stands all this time and then when it was put back on the groung ow low it was!! the slam panel was about the same height as my knee caps!

Closeup request.

Give us a closeup detailed photo of the top water outlet.
Was that in the OER kit or is that custom?

Get some paint on the 36-1 pulley mate, they rust like mad, just a thin coating is all you need. Otherwise rusty flakes will attach themselves to the VR sensor and you may get trigger errors sometime down the line.

Cheers
