We're not there yet guys, we're still here at Westons. It started misfiring, we've just pulled the plugs and found two cracked ceramics. We've replaced them and we're testing it now.

Edit, just done a run, and it cleared it's throat a little, and made 568.9bhp. Still not sure if the misfires gone. We'll see in a minute.

It's running off the wastegate spring, and boost controller turned off, so is on minimum boost at 1.1bar. I'm not pushing it today at all. We're making it as safe as a 560bhp setup can be .

Sounds good 560hp in something that doesnt weight much should be fun. Did you have to run in the new crank + bearings or can you just punish them without a couple of hundred miles running in time ?

What power are you actually after phil ? or will u decide that after you've given her a run with this power ?

the only running in of the crank and bearings will be last night/early this morning on the dyno, you can clock up quite a few miles. so lets just hope the bearings last longer than the last set
but talk about nerve racking ... the first time the car is ever going to see tarmac is going to be in front of a shit load of people, including sponsors If the car looks that good on the trailor, it should look awesome if we can get it sideways with some smoke. Phil might even smile for the first time in 12 months
