| ~Dori-Car Exporter~ ![]() | Ted should have 4 meters if I'm not mistaken. Is the boost meter just not in the picture? You guys will have no problem getting them installed. We ran all the lines and hooked up all the senders so all you have to do is plug the control unit in (the lines are under the steering column) and then plug the meters into the control unit. We had them all plugged in when we installed the hardware to make sure they worked. |

| DRIFT*DIVISION | Long Time No Update!!! Well theres quite a long story from the condition of the cars at the docks, but i wont go into it too much apart from to say i take back my apology i made to pRick earlier in this thread. He has obviously f*cked over a lot of people here, Ted and myself included. Alot of damage to the cars could have been avoided if he had raised the suspension to full height like he said he would, cars that sit 2" from the ground dont go into containers too easy Rick!!! To make matters worse as we was driving back from the docks, Ted was pushed off the M25 by a lorry ripping a big gash down his door and ripping off the rear overfenders!! Anyways thats that off my chest! Moving on, i have replaced the so called Exedy single plate race clutch (it was actually standard and completely fooked) with a Racing Gear copper race version from JPS trading. Nice clutch although it doesnt feel tough under the foot even though it bites quick and hard so i hope the pressure plate copes (this is also RG). Also enough thanks cannot be said to Stephan Hemsley who is doing very well at clearing up Ricks mess, he has sent me another Cresta grill as mine was missing, thanks buddy Other than that ive been servicing the car and getting it used to being ragged goes as well as, if not better than my Soarer, and with a straight through exhaust, only a 3" diameter silencer at the back, sounds the tits!!Ive also completely stripped the interior, including all sound deadning, leaving only front half carpet, door cards, dash and centre console! I welcome any dispute from you VIP quiet full interior lovers, but i want to build the car complete to EDC spec, and yes i love every sound, vibration and smell of exhaust and tyre smoke coming in!!! ![]() Im currently in Afghan and have compiled a shopping list to get done with the money ill save when i get back, but so far i have snapped up a Blitz K27 (the bigger one!) single turbo kit from JPS trading, and a ARC induction box! So that will be going on when i get back, also when they turn up for the right price on fleabay; Emanage Greddy E-01 Boost controller Some kind of FIA bucket seat and harness Defi oil pressure/temp gauges. If anyone has anything like this for sale let me now ![]() Also i will be putting her in for a roll cage as soon as i get back Then it will be a lot of drift time and getting myself on BDC for 2009. sorry i havent got any pics to put up, but watch this space!!! |

| Stock Skyline GTR intercooler, if that what it is, is good for a genuine 700bhp mate, were built mint as standard for GrpA homologation reasons. Remember seeing the results of a recent dyno run showing 650odd bhp and charge temps well below 30degC using a stock IC. So yeah, save your pennies mate ![]() |
