impul split rims make ace stands btw

I think this car has seen some action judging by the stickers.

HAH! Is that Razza's car? he used to use it for sprints/hillclimbs.

He got the battery idea from us - My wife races in the MR2 Challenge and we prepare the car. They're great cars to work on compared to some.

Great project you've got going!

I bought it off someone called Jim a few days ago but he'd only owned it for about 4-5 months.

They're ace little cars, very well made, not one bolt was seized they all undid and everything came apart like a 2 year old car

new engine and box is back on its mounts and also invested in a hydro wand.

It's getting there slowly, can't wait to test it out

Might have a problem with the fuel tank though... It sort of lives in the tunnel. Cool little car BTW.

small update.

After fannying about for days try to sort a timing and wiring issue, its alive..woooooohooooooooo, think my neighbours thought i was weird running round the garden like i'd just scored a winning goal

i have since the vid retarded the timing so it ticks over nicely etc now

400quid for a powerflow for a mid mounted (ie dead short) exhaust?!
They usually only charge about 200 for a normal front engined car?!

Cool project BTW, i like anything thats different
