Taff - fitment is spot on as I knew it would be. But I can't help but feel that from the rear view it looks like the wheels need to be wider? What width are they? Is there more room for extra width inside the arch?

Yeh Jord, I totally agree mate. Its a bit rollerskatey but beggars can't be choosers. When I free some spare cash up in the future I'll be getting some image rims made in uber low offset, wide and dished, but for now I have to make do with these.

It'll look better when the bumper goes on I think. Or with a hovercraft kit

I never thought I'd hear myself tell someone they need a HIGHER offset before now

All gaskets renewed. New Thermostat housing and thermostat. Painted block, rocker cover and inlet manifold. New exhaust manifold studs and nuts. Stripped and cleaned throttle body. Head skimmed and valves newly lapped in.

Main job left now is making an exhaust manifold

All I'm going to do is find a spare front crossmember, mount it up to the engine on the stand with a spare rack in place and fab a new manifold up from there

It'll look a lot lower with front and rear bumpers, and skirts on, but I know how you feel. I can't help thinking it needs to be down at least another 20+mm and would look better with the arches just cut out and bolt on arches - don't get me wrong Taff, the quality of your work is awesome, I just think that'd look better, and have made it easier to fit the wheels in without camber (you're using camber adjusters, so...)

Still, I suspect I'll change my mind if/when I see it, because its still and awesome car and as I said, your work is top notch and I'm jealous!
