the drop down straight lines wont suit the car imho, you'd get away with it on the bonnet / roof / bootlid though. Similar to the guns on Dans Angry Pirate. what a fricking strange sentence ![]() | |

| Right, today I went to fit this Forge Motorsport Skyline GTR Induction Kit... ![]() My worry was as they big ass filters and meant for a Skyline GTR not a Chaser, theyd not fit. And i was VERY right Miles too big to fit normally, and tried all kinds of ways, inc fitting the front turbos filter down the front of the engine (which like all the other ways, didnt work), and was getting WELL angry because of it BUT in the end we worked out that if i cut one of the inlet pipes shorter and relocate that AFM, it fits just mint! So we went from this... ![]() To this... ![]() Few more pics... ![]() ![]() ![]() Well happy |

| Heat soak any worse than the before filters? Nah. IMHO its a massive exaduration the effects heat has on turbo cars indcution kits have anyhow, only shows on RR's as the airflow there is shite, on the road you never feel it. And the twin turbo design means the filters are the least of the heatsoak worries, the front turbos red hot turbine housing almost touches the front turbos compressor! You could maybe show that as proof that even Nissan knew the real world effects of "heat soak" on turbo cars pre-turbo air is negligable... ![]() |

| Mitto- You might go to huge efforts, and fair play, but the real world noticable effects are negligable compared to time/effort/money/alternatives. No, im planning on driving it with the bonnet up, its gonna be a new craze for 2008 ![]() Course it shuts man, the filters arnt even the highest point in the bay. Soon as I get some money to afford to MOT it etc! £2.64p doesnt get me much Having to borrow money off my old man just to get to work at mo![]() Hopefully in the next week or two itl be out there. Was KILLER today not being able to use it, driving to my mates house in the Mongayo to take his Scooby engine to bits for him and the sun was out, the roads were quiet, it was mint, perfect for the car, but no, i was in a fricked 1.8 mondeo ![]() ![]() |

| Cool. Im feeling that ![]() Can the car still be the original colour, and each different pole of girls be in one of the colours like the girls were in the original laydee covered car? Or maybe all the poles in 1 colour, and each different pose of laydee in one of the other colours? thatd be easy to do with vinyl doing various layers...
