| Quad tone. ![]() | Nice. Always thought it was a bit of a weird combination of a car, but seems to work nicely. Oh, and btw - quoted from the Eurodrift website:> NOS systems are not allowed and if your car is fitted with NOS the tank/s must be removed before it can be allowed to compete. |

| dorifto kingu! | These are quite cool cars, my sister loves hers! You can't get that bigger wheels on them, we've got 18x9.5 et35 with 5mm spacers on the front, with 235.40.18 tyres, any wider and the tyre would hit a metal box at the front of the o/s wheel arch, I'm not 100% sure what it is, so it may be able to be removed/relocated. You got the thread title wrong too, it's not a Chaser! ![]() Alex B |

| Harlen- Like the R32GTR Nismo option lip thingy? Yeah, thatd work i think, if I could find something suitable.. Alex- Bon told me with the right offset etc etc 245s are fine on the front, and considering his car, ill trust him! And its a MkII, but its got a Chaser front, and Chasers a cool name ![]() |

| This weekend as I had the Redline R33GTR with me, I took a few comarison pics of the turbo for the Chaser next to the one on the R33. The turbo on the GTR is a Blitz-KKK650 jobber and going by the dyno figures is a little small when the boost is set at 2bar, well, the backpressure was higher above 7k than the mapper wouldve preffered. And the powerband on the GTR is more than acceptable for me, even though its very roughly mapped at mo, and running a low comp engine with 280degree cams, it has good power from 3.5k and mental power from 4.5k and flies round to 9k no bother. Even with a massive exhaust manifold crack it had all weekend it still had a good enough powerband for me. Hard to tell in pics really, but in reality the compressor is a little bigger on my turbo, but if anything the exhaust housing on mine is slightly smaller, and without the gay 280degree cams it should be just nice. ![]() ![]() ![]() NEED to do it though. Even the GTR isnt fast enough to keep me entertained for long TBH. It takes a properly fast car to keep me amused. Mike- got it in 1 ![]() Quote:
He was making out it was some huge 1500bhp+ monster turbo that would be useless on anything but a big block V8. He was massivley wrong, its fairly small with a small (comparitavely) exhaust housing, so I took it off his hands and ran. Quote:
