Progressive day today, spent a whopping 8 hours working on the car. Thats like, longer than ever before.

HICAS is now binned, new subframe on and HICAS lines looped. I looped them at the front rack-ish, not sure if thats right but steering feels normal. I'll do it at the pump at a later date.

New dash in too. Whoever said its easier to fit the cage with the dash in is LYING. LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE. So I put the cage back in and then chopped the dash where I needed it. Looks OK, gonna glue some bits back on though.
Can't figure out where to put the kill switch and haven't done any wiring yet so thats for another day. Blew the fuse for the dash lights too for some reason.

Oh, I painted some of the interior too while the cage was out - just where the front legs touch down.

Go me!

jord, is there any specific place for the cut off switch to be fitted for BDC ?
as in does it have to be on the dash

IIRC it has to be within reach of the driver when harnessed into the seat.
