It's basically to get the factory fender panels out of the way so we can run big wheels and 50mm over fenders.

The paint and aero fitting should be complete in the next few days. We already have the kit from Works9 which includes the front bumper, sides, rear bumper, front wings and 50mm rear over fenders. Supermade has officially come on board and is supplying the roof wing and rear wing along with all of the footwork. We're still undecided on what bonnet to go with but it will probably end up being from D-Max.

As soon as the body is together it we'll be taking it down to RYO in Hiroshima to have all the graphics done.

The motor is at a stand still for the moment. It's starting to look like Trust will be coming on board which will obviously mean changes in the setup.

If anyone is curious the Work9 kit looks like this:

Thought I would update the build thread a bit. We're about 2 weeks away from completion which will give us a nice long week to test and tune at Bihoku before we ship the car off to the US where the cage will be done along with some custom carbon work.

At this point we have most of the parts in save for suspension arms. We just spoke to James and ordered all Driftworks links and arms.

Wheel choice is still up in the air but I'm starting to think that a set of Work Emotion XD9s are going to find their way onto the S15.

We'll be running a modified version of this scheme. RYO is doing it for us.

A few updates. The S15 is on the ground now. The body is done save for the canards, bonnet, wing, and roof spoiler which should all be here tomorrow. We're just about done with the V-Mount setup as well. All we have to do is finish off the inlet/outlet piping. We're still waiting on the head to come back from NAPREC but the back-up motor is going in tomorrow so we can do some testing at Bihoku on Tuesday. I'll make sure and take plenty of pictures and some chase video on Tuesday and post it up here.

It looks great in person. I was on the fence in regards to the Works9 kit until it hit the ground. Now I love it. We threw the Gram Lights on there to see how white would look and we are definitely going to go with white Emotion XD9s.
