Didn't want to throw this up here till its finished but I'd be interested to get people's opinions on her. Unfortunately my KP 20v project is going alot slower than this one but hopefully will get more pics up for that thread too... Car should be going to Hayward Rotary for the non seq conversion and power map start of Nov fingers crossed... Anyway enough talking, more pics : ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Kruizer; 22-05-2009 at 13:10. |

Ooohhh FD sexuality! Looks really nice mate. I'm about to rebuild the engine on mine after blowing it at Silverstone. What are your plans with the engine then? upping the boost a little with non-sequentials? I've been on the lookout for more ideas for the best way to mod FDs for drifting but not many people seem to drift them. Mine is running 550 brake with a hoooge turbo which isn't the most practical thing to drift with. It could do with more steering lock as well, and isn't helped by the small power steering pump from a saxo or something similar. Its sublime handling on track, I love them.

Cheers mate, plan is to run a lil over stock on non seq and also installing a v-mount supplied by Hayward so we can get used to our cars, oh ya there's two of them ! Ha, ha, both identical as we're building a Drift Team, maybe a sad idea to some but hey its our money ! In January I'll be ordering a HKS T51 and going for an extended port. Was talking to Marini and he said the baby blue one he had suffered from steering lock also so thta'll have to be sorted soon too... Any link to pics of your car ??? |

I've not put a thread up on here as it was built by reworx and the last owner for grip work. It does a pretty good job of anything track orientated mind, just a bit tricky to drift as I'm a newbie. You have to keep it on boost otherwise its really easy to spin if you bring it back on boost whilst sideways. When I rebuild it I may make it more drift orientated depending on what solutions I can find to the steering lock and other bits. It needs lowering more so coil-overs will probably be on the shopping list as well. Its the RSR edition so has the RZ lower stiffer suspension (bilsteins) anyhow but it still rolls quite a lot and could do with a stiffer anti-roll bar on there. Its running 543bhp, 465 atw with a big fat turbo, PWR race rad, charge cooler, extra spark, buckets of extra fuel , etc. ![]() ![]() Got more phots but don't want to thread hijack! Once I start rebuilding I'll put my own thread up
