Woo who!!! way back on page number nine!! time for a bump i think

After round 3 of the BDC and major turbo failer, here is my road to recovery! (not my pocket thogh)
Old gt30/71r

my oil

So i done some shopping,

A lil bit smaller than the one i took off

The nice chaps at Apex sent me a nice manifold

but it had the rong flanges on it, a lil bit of fab work

then had a nice T3 flange on

EDIT: more to come

Sexual Most people would be crying that the manifold was wrong, but not power-polo-pacman, he leaps to the rescue with his chop saw and MIG lol.

Can you still get the same sorta power with the smaller tubby? Your old setup did seem pretty laggy to watch.

Then i sorted all the waist gate jigery and flanges

Knocked up a new down pipe

Still loads to do but that was one nights work.
Oh the turbo is a custom GT30/76r from Owen Developments and the gait is a TiAL 44mm jobbie.

Lol, it wernt rong, i knew in hand what i was getting

Erm, lag wise, i didnt think it was too laggy but yea i gone for this one to get rid of some of that.
Aparently, this turbo should be good for 500hp where as the other would max at 450ish
Oh and that 500hp is at 1.8bar where as the old one was 420hp at 2.5bar, we will see, getting mapped next week

There will be but im making it fit with the stock posision of the front pipe flange, this way its all rigid for jiging it up, as Apex will be putting this kit into production. Once its all made up il be adding a flexi section in the front pipe
