Shes done well ish, the gate aint working but sure thats some thing simple, prob the plumbing on the controller and its running like crap!
But it got me home, over boosting aint the word, 38psi

1st off, id like to say a huge thanks to Julian down at Garage-D for sorting the wonky flange out and a helicoil for the head + a few other bits

So, where i left, got a box of goodies from goodridge and made up all the oil and water feed pipes, then slaped on some heat sheild.

More heat protection, shortening of water pipes and moving breather pipe etc etc.

bit of heat wrap

After making up some more bits and bobs, spanky braided vacume pipes, IC pipe and modding one end tank on the IC it was time for the final fit.

Just got to sort out a few little running isses and get it mapped again an im good to go for teeside on friday.

Nice one Looks like a proper job you've done there, it's a bit Mitto spec but looks worthwhile

Mitto spec This will actully get finished AND used

Yea wraped the brace, its only a cm or two from the exhaust housing so best to be safe, its alloy too so the hole thing would get real hot.

Loads of heat protection FTW, best to be safe than sorry

Good work as ever Polo .

Will you be painting the manifold wrap with anything for fire-proof-ness?

What AFM are you running?

I'm suprised your not having idling/AFM problems, as that section of hose between your turbo and AFM is quite short
