Torque is just over 400ftlb, slightly less than befor so maybe slightly easyer on the gearboxs It was only a mild tune TBH, i told steve to take it easy and not go above what we had befor but you know what hes like! we didnt get it on the dyno till gone 12 last night, i got home at 3am

I cant turn it up any more, injectors are at 100%, bleve it or not, im actully sensable now, after all these failers, i just get it set and leave it!

It was safe up to 2.5 bar last time but knocked it back to 2 bar, this time its safe up to 2bar and we knocked it back to 1.8bar.

I cant remember how much he charges now, think its £300-250 for the 1st map then about half that for flashing/checking/new turbo etc. + the dyno time which can range from £80-£160 IIRC.

Not thought about bigger injectors? Just to be on the safe side? Wouldn't want it running lean.

This is the 3rd set of larger injectors iv had, only put them in less than 6months ago. If i want to put bigger ones in im going to go 1000cc which means a hole load of work as you cant gett them for the sr fuel rail! Work in progress boi! TBH, i dont want to go any fether on this engine! new engine on its way, il push every thing to its max

lol its good that you've gone a bit safer this time with the boost, but i recon something will still break at Teeside!

p.s. good idea to change your gearbox before you go, if you get through to the finals itd be an arse to have your gearbox go!!
