My Silvia S14

I bought this car from my mate Steve who owns Japcar4u.com and when i got it, it needed a little tidy here and there and i found some things that supprised me to say the least lol!

Well the car looked like this when in japan before shipping

The the problems started lol

Took off the spoiler as some filthy Jap gimp yanked it and its repaired just waiting for it to dry, then its back on the car it goes.

The side skirts come off to inspect the sills that are perfect, but touched in a few little scuffs they had on them again with hammerite to stop rust forming from out wonderful weather.

Cleaned out the AFM just incase it was shitted up so hopefully it should run a little smother

Refitted the sideskirts with the help of my mum (bless her) and made them nice and tight fitted so now thats 2 less rattles stopped

Refitted the rear bumper as that was moving about a bit, so got some arch liner clips to keep it still

Fitted the rear racing harness attachment bar as it looks nice lol

Sorted the front indicators out so that they work

Pulled out the flashing LED sidelights that where in it

Removed sump guard, padded it out and re attached it so no more rattleing

Lowerted front slightly (was raised to get on the boat at the docks).

Raised the back up by about 10mm so it doesnt look like a hot rod

Sorted front camber so i use more than 1/3 of my tyre lol

Fitted short shifter

Then i found the boot floor was all rusted up so i slapped a whole tin of hammerite in there (i know it addes unnessessary weight lol)

Then i fopund i had no washer bottle due to mt battery being moved for the intake pipe, thanks to my old place of work and me basicly stealing an MX5 washer bottle, heres what come of it

And connected tem up again with some borrowed pipe from work also

Then went about cleaning up the engine bay a little as it was a bit dusty

After that come the repairing of the bumper! As you can see its a bit mashed so my mate Warren fibreglassed the back for me and made it all nice and tough again

Then i took it home and got on with the P38 in which i become really good friends with in the end to lol

On with the filler!

Then after i did the basics i took it to a friends body shop and did the rest of the rebuilding of the edge there

On with the primer (doom stylee pic lol)

On with the colour (doesnt match to well )

LOADS BETTER!

Then after a little look on ebay i found this little jobbie, a knock meter thingy so put that in

And thats it really, currently just started a new job so gunna save a bit, get a Power FC in there and then a remap and hopefull see what we are pushing on a rolling road.

Oh heres a chop of some wheels i thought about getting for all of 5 minutes lol

Cheers people!

Errrm it comes on full at 3,900 rpm and it comes in hard as well, so yeah its a little tricky but it works i must say. Its been estimated thats its about 350 to 400 bhp, but im sceptical about it but i got them figures from other people running boost levels around mine (1.25 low, 1.5 high) so its a guess really, need more money for a RR really.
