Excellent build mr steveo, only got half way through so far so just a quick question. Was wondering if your engine stand spit gave enought clearance to flip the car clean over as i was just away to build one from scratch?

cheers

I stopped being lazy and measured my engine stand and there wasnt really anyway of getting round so just started making one up anyway out of box section. Good luck with the rest of your build

happy happy happy, right after having a bad back from this fricking box and the clutch not working grrr

damn rps clutch the thing would never have worked without modding how the frick can they sell it

after some giggery pockery and a welder and lathe and a surface grinder the clutch works lovely even tho im gonna need chunks new bionic leg to operate it lol

i can put the motor back in and hopefully have it running this weekend or early week

What's wrong with the clutch Steve?

You're using the 1JZ-GTE kit right? with a 1JZ-GTE engine and box straight from a car? It's not something we've sold loads of but they've all fitted without any issues.

Can only think it's something to do with the box/engine then although I confess I know nothing really about what's involved in mating one to the other.

Either that, or you may, just may have had a wrong part in the box - it's not unheard of - we're all only human. Would of been worth checking to verify you had been sent the right parts in the box, but at least you sorted it anyway, tis the main thing.
