0.75bar lmao, that's like standard? Hahaha.

What needs doing to run proper boost then? What problems did you have?

Not a bad result - especially considering the fact you have an exhaust driven supercharger...

well need to get a boost controller to make proper boost's

the problems where:

the brand new thermo stat didnt open till 95c when it was ment to open at 82c and it had a bitch of an air lock mother fricking thing!
and the clutch kit that i brought still dosnt work so im gonna frick that off in the bin and put in a spec stage 3 In it hopefully ill be ready for tomorrow afternoon!

acuator spring was to strong
ex housing was too small as making millons of boosts
inlet housing needs anti surging!

so in a couple weeks she should see 600hp! he he

Mint result for the boost, or lack of

.63 housing sounds a bit small for a 3litre, but it cant be making it overboost if you managed to get a run at 0.75bar?!

Really suprised the 2J dont flow enough to stop it surging either TBH, and a ported shroud inlet wont help loads, but the bigger exhaust housing should, if its nothing that can be sorted with mapping.
What boost was it starting to surge at?

On saturday we found that it was initially showing 10-20kpa of positive pressure at around 1500rpm. IIRC Greg said last night that it was showing proper boost around the mid 2K mark... 375ft/lb in the low 3K mark

it was doing a 1-1.1 bar at about 2500 -2700

ive got a .86 housing on change over and a anti surge housing to be fitted next week so should be ok!
