Typical driftworks talk
As you can see its not just purely for drift it is for show otherstuf aswell,
just cause he doesnt have a real diff or tractionarms it will drift here in Sweden I am sure of it.
Dont be an ass Daniel is a nice guy and he is not totaly focused on drift, I know he is posting here on driftworks (drifting foruM), but if you dont like it dont post bad comments like this and dont read this thread again, if you cant do real critic.

Here's some pictures of the graphics

the Theme of the car is my version of a Japanese police car, there will also be a LED lightbar on the roof

any ideas of what else i can add on the outside of the car? canards? additional grapics?

The bodykit and drift style components you've installed on your car I can sort of understand why you've done it. But I really cant get my head around why you would want to make it look like a Japanese police car? Which it doesnt in the slightest? If you wanted less boring why didnt you model it on our w@nk cop cars?

Colourful!

last weekend did i get a sound from the engine (metallic) turned out that it was one of the bolts for the cam gears that was "on the run" then i noticed that a spacer for the cambelt cover was stuck in the cambelt(!).
those problems where fixed and i drove home and stopped several times just to be shore that the car would not keep falling apart... if that wasn't enough did the cooling liquid start to turn dark and the expantiontank started to smell of unburned petrol/oil = headgasket change (again).

when i got the cylinder head back was the problem quite clear, the last guy that did the work on it made some scratches between the 5th and 6th cylinder... and cometic headgasked couldn't keep the compression inside the cylinders....

BUT we noticed that someone had done some work on the intake side
so i ordered a greddy cambelt and a standard headgasket and changed it this weekend...
so the car is alive... again :P

the first testdrive ended at StreetCarsFest outside of Stockholm (Sweden) live about 20km from the show so i thought that why not drive there

let off guys, he's just doing things the way he wants them.
i think it looks sweet, and if i was building a daily driver/drifter i'd go the same route i guess.
just because it's not stripped out and stuff, doesn't mean he hasn't done a lot of work on it.
i kinda like the graphichs too. different, subtle and yet noticable.

Each to there own and everything, and if daniel happy with the car, then good on you, I think the main problem people have on here, myself included, is that it is a DRIFTING forum, yet there is still no drifting, and daniel seems to avoid the subject when asked if he is going to or not. do a skid and the digs will most likely stop
