Ive been using it to take off all the tyres from last week and it can be good and also a little shitty.

OK you put No.1 in the middle of No.3 and press down on the tyre to unstick it. Now the problems ive had with some tyres is that it can slip off as you push down, so you have to do it slowly or a number of times. The really shitty thing is that No.3 the sides they will bend a little cause its made of cheap shit metal, so you have to keep it as straight as you can. The good part is getting the tyre off the wheel. You put the wheel in No.2 and then stick the end of No. 1 on the tyre and then just turn it to get the wheel off, which makes it a lot easier then using two spoons and man power. Only problem is that the bottom of the tyre changing thingy, there are wholes for it to be screwed down to the floor cause as you pull No.1 to get the tyre off, the hole thing moves with it. I just used my foot and someone else to help too
Hope you got all that , i can get some pics for you if you dont.

Its really not that hard mate, the only thing that you have to watch out is when your putting back the new arms to get them is some sort of line with the old ones. It does help having a garage right next to you to take and do the alignment properly.
Also if you take one arm off and then line up the new one with the old one the best you can and fit it on and do the rest with the others, should be there somewhere (ish).

Cheers matey
Finally got round to doing the intercooler on the weekend, first started with taking off the pipes and front bumper.

Then came off the old IC which was i little tricky to take off but in time it did. Also took off these side things as they werent going to be used.

The battery tray was cut, not too great to start with so its a little bit bigger hole. also had to take off the windscreen washer bottle as it was in the way.

Other side was easy no cutting.

The bottom hooks fitted nicely just needed bigger washers but that was sorted.

The rubber was a little hard to back on so used the heat gun and it was much easier. Needs a bigger clip really.

Battery has lots of space and it holds fairly well but still worried if it will move while its been skidded.

All fitted nicely, has lots of room on the sides with all the other stuff taken off

Bumper test fitted back on to see if it needed cut but there is still lots of space, just need to cut a little of the shock bar.

Happy i got something done, next will be the fuel pump.

When i can get some help from my dad really, its just the rear thats a pain so need to do a little bit of bending and cutting, I really dont want to do it myself as i will properly feck it up. Will try and get something done over this coming weekend though, maybe the seat first as i really need that for the drift days.

Well got the seat fitted this week, but i different one, Got this the other day Cobra monaco S seat with Cobra frame and sabelt harness, very happy with it and it all fitted straight in with no hard work. So the other seat will go in the passagers. But now i dont need to worry about it for the next drift day.

And how i fitted the harness, i guess its alrite like this.

Cheers dude, if i could start over again i would do a lot differently. If i was you i would first get the diff welded and sort yourself out with a good seat, and then do handling. I think power should come last as you still have drift with what you go.

It is a little hard but thats more to the shocks really, i do set them to the softest and then change it at drift days. but I dont use the car anymore for daily use. Got a nice old Honda to take me to work..
Its a pain to do things on it and make sure its all done so i can use it for work and stuff so just use it for drift days now.

A little update, got these a few weeks ago, so just need to get a chip and thats stage 2

Also had my last drift day last week, now comes the work to get it somewhere near finished lol. Just need to sort out my garage and then work will begin, just hope a have money to buy bits and pieces . Will here are some pics that Andy took on Wens DWYB day, many thanks matey for these

Also jayz had a play around with my camber on wens as i had really shitty tyres at the front and what a difference that made . Once all the work is finished i really need to get a nice set up on the arms and put them to good use.

Little start to something. Started the subframe by sanding it down (a real bitch of a job) LONG.
Didnt really want to make it look like new, just get rid of any big rusty bits.

As i went on it looked like it was even more rusty lol.

After about 3ish hours of sanding then came the primer (2 coats and 2 cans just about).

Then came the YELLOW hammerite

So got a long way to go, Will see to start on the sills and other rusty bits first and move on to changing the subframe and other bushes.
