Cheers dude also found this this is the other stuff that i was looking for.
Bilt-Hamber Laboratories - Corrosion Prevention: Dynax S50

Made some more holes today on the drivers side this time. This is five seconds of work

Some sanding down to see what it was like, this side is a little better.

The hole that was made and also the inner sill too, i may cut this a little longer as there is still inside some more rust.

Then went on to the rear panel which i hit at a skid day. Started cutting.

The inside is also realy bad may need to cut a bigger hole Also the bottom bit is so bent need to sort that out some how.

Also the sides were bent a bit, and the pipe thing for the fuel tank i think needs a little clean and some covering with underseal.

A little and got it back into some sort of shape

Well it looks like i will be on this for a few days and then need to find some metal and get the welder going. More work tomorrow evening.

Well found another hole, inside the arch near the pipe where petrol goes.

Done some sanding and should be ready for the Deox gel and then welding.

Havnt done much more really as been sorting out the garage and clearing shit up and moving stuff to a new shed which gives a little more space to work in

Also took the boot and sun roof off, will be painting the roof black and sorting out little rust there.

Also been trying to remove the alarm tonight which is a bitch as it has central locking and gonna have to take more time.
Also over the weekend should be buying all the paint and stuff and also be looking for metal for the welding. And i have nooooo money for any of these things lol

Well from the looks of things I dont think i will be able to finish by Sept, which is what i was hoping for. Im not sure why they closed my thread i think its cause im been cheap and not paying membership, but then theres others which havent either

But yeah, didnt really do anything over this weekend which sucks. But did get a HD Stage 3 chip and this for daily use

Its soooo bad ass, but im really poor now, hopefully can buy bits and bobs for the S13 to finish it off. But im a happy boy

Sorry but there hasnt been much of an update really, Havnt had any time really. Every weekend theres something that needs to be done so no work on the car

But did get this

Had a little go with the gel and it works really good found another small hole while using it.

Thats about it really, car is like this now and outside

Cause of this. My friends car that needs fixing and he uses it everyday so have to do that first.

He was told that his gearbox was fricked by a Merc "specialist" garage (been having a loud bang sound coming when changing gears), but we found this out when working on it.

They told him that the diff and prop shaft were fine and it was just the gearbox. What cocks

You can also see little bits missing from inside. Oh and Mercs are really to work on.... Nissans are sooo much easier
Sooooooo when my friends stupid new diff comes, should be on Wednesday and we should diffo be done by Thursday then i can get down with doing more to mine. Oh and will try and get paint on Wednesday as ive got a day off.

Ok got something done today, thought why not start on the engine while i cant do much with the rust, found a place for metal which i will be going over the weekend to visit and hopefully buy the paint too (which i keep saying i will).
Started on the turbo and manifold, which wasnt too bad. First to take the front pipe and elbow off, which i found that there were two nuts missing off the elbow.
But the manifold nuts were really easy to take off, I think the guy before me changed the gasket as it looks newish. The water and oil hoses were i little of a pain.

Had a look at the spark plugs to see what they were like (well im going to change them anyways)

After a little time and getting very dirty it looked like this.

There is a size difference there. Also on the T25 the Actuator the pipe that goes from it to the turbo, there isnt one on the T28. How does this work.

there is a small take off on the bottom of the throttle body that goes/used to go to the carbon canister use this !

or, you can remove the nipple from the t25, buy a tap with the acording thread, drill a hole on the metal pipe that goes from the turbo to IC, make the thread, use some ptfe tape and you're done...

^^^ took that from sxoc !

Cool cheers for that, had look at the boost controller book and yeah it should be fine.

Right more work done this weekend. Took out the air con which didnt work anyways and its pump.

My brother offered to buy me a bigger Rad so took the old one off too. It was in really good nick too.

Bit more space now after the air con pump was out and it should make life easier when i change the engine mounts.

Also done a bit more rust. There not too bad.

Also the front cross member isnt rotted to shit which is nice, used some of the Deox gel.

Also thought to give the bay and engine a bit of a bath

After. Did clean a bit of the shit under it, lets hope everything works too.

Ordered a few things and try and get some more work done tonight.
