Yes I killed it.. Just can't take the foot of the gas when having not enough power.. You guys all should have heard the revving engine.. lol Some guys came to me, djeesz what rpm does it make..? I say, lol, not revvlimiter and lack of power does make rpm. Happy I don't have a rpm gauge, I would be scared. Big problem for next round however... Can't imagen only the gasket died.

Normally driving 0.7 bar under butterfly.. But when the wastegate doesn't work.... Don't know what boost I was hitting, what does a OEM turbo gives? 1.3 bar or something..? Carb isn't set up for that pressure.. I have heard detonation I think... It was pretty fast for a short time ![]()

You know what i meant. setup. but yeah, det wouldve done that, normal cyl pressure alone wouldnt at only 1.3bar, the liners arnt mega strong as they wet ones, but they good for 2bar without too much trouble. get it fixed and go for it mate, fairly cheap n easy at least.

Stavros, what do you think about this? Extreme hot exhaustvalve gets a load of water couse the cracking cilinder... valve bend? inner material change by quick cool down or whatever? Or nothing to worry about? just put the head back on? Don't take the risk with the sparkplugs, they will be changed. But not sure about the exhaust valve. ![]()
