So what exactly do you need?
Clutch plate, cover, release bearing, fork/pivot arm?, master cylinder?

Rubbish. Get a cheapo clutch kit. I sold an SR20 one for approx 100 quid not too long ago.

You wont need much money for that lot jack. Half that stuff gets dumped if people scrap shells. Anything for a 200 is tuppence anyhow, there'll be loads of people here or on sxoc with the bits you need.

shes currently sat looking very sorry for self so did a few more jobs today:

fitted some padding to the cage, fixed all the lights then set about fitting the battery cut offs.

battery is (or will be) in sealed box behind drivers seat with awesome snap off terminals (seriously recommend these):

positive wire runs to the red cut off where the ashtray was, later tidied it up with a blanking plate i made,
then the switches on the centre console, the big red one is the ignition/fuel pump, then the black push switch actually starts the car, then the next switch powers all the aux like wipers etc, next switch powers the amp which my ipod plugs directly into.

then the red wire leads to the cut off which is drilled into the chassis:

all works fine, so pretty chuffed! far as security is concerned, obviously that would leave it quite easy to steal however have a snap off hub and lets just say a few other little ways of immobilising it which i obviously wont go into on here, however its currently in a locked compound in a garage so no worries really!

should have new clutch in by end of next week fingers crossed.

cheers bud, if u want a hand doing cut offs in the future, let me know. might knock up a few packages maybe and sell them, as i paid a lot of money for mine and on reflection i could probably make them a lot cheaper.

update- removed the whole aircon system last week.

was a fricker to get the rad out as i was being very lazy and didnt want to remove the water rad, so had to take off the front bumper supports, smash it up with a big hammer and drag it out.

any thoughts on if that fan is a standard item or not? considering bolting it to my water rad.

as you can see its a fair old bit of weight saving.

very annoyingly though, some how dislodged this PAS line, which is held in by those gay bolts that i swear are just designed to be extra easy to round off!

but managed to remove it, used a bit of liquid gasket then refilled it, seems to of done the trick
