For making the bumper fit, why dont you just cut it up a little to make it fit.

umm, rear quarters are a bit of a complimation of dents from; too much arch flare, sending a cone about 100m in the air, and hitting stacks of tyres!

they do look gash at the mo, as only got 8j's on, using the money from selling the front end to spend on a minimal of 9.5 with spacers! so should sort it out. if it still looks gash, can always just bang some overfenders on.

fraid ive already sold all the lights. cheers for dropping that off, ill get it off hammond 2moro.

im back in the area now, so no doubt be seeing you out soon....

Nice one dude, looking good Why don't you get a facelift bumper like the one that was on mine? IMO they look much better and the intercooler fits nicely. Cracking job on the rear bumper as well

It doesnt if you do it properly. I cut my stock bumper when I fitted my IC many many moons ago and it was perfectly fine. Just measure from the crossmember, where the bumper usually bolts to it, to the front of the IC and then cut the same amount off the bottom of the bumper. Just use a saw and a stanley knife.

found some 50mm spacers as well, which coupled with the 9j's im getting off hammond should seriously sort the rear out!

The car looks good. Its funny how you went to flip lights on your coupe because over here in the US people are going with PS13 conversions. You need to get some wheels to fill those rear arches. And you guys over in Europe need to learn how to lower your cars(lol jk) everyone over there is high riding.

I have that pignose flip light bumper on my car with a 5 inch thick Precision Turbo intercooler I chopped my OEM bumper to fit the intercooler and it doesn't flop around at all. So for the mean time you could go ahead and do that.

lol, im only converting it to make a few quid. over here i can sell the ps13 front for £500, and i got the pop up front for £30 all in!

and thats getting spent on exactly what you said, some wide ass wheels for the back, and a decent front bumper and it will be going much much lower, when ive got the wheels.

bit more work today, cut a bit out of the prefacelift bumper and stuck it on, its not staying, purely there just to keep it driveable.

doesnt quite line up on the passenger side as the s13 brackets that hold the bumper to on, that side wont fit in, once again due to that fucking intercooler! not really a drama as i said its not staying long.

refitted the rear bumper properly, removed a few gay stickers from the car , then sorted out the rear passenger side hub.

had been making a noise since lydd and pulling to the left, was convinced id bent an arm, but found the culprit pretty quicK:

hammered it back into shape, drives fine. god knows how it happened!

Stone stuck between there and the wheel I guess..

...probably came loose when you tried to take the wheel off before jacking up the car

Nice work, the facelift front in the phot above looks far sexier IMO, I don't like the way the 'bumper-like' bit sticks out on pre-face lift. Uras would look awsome and last at least one Lydd day with you driving so good value
