MK2 escort project.

Well its been a long time since i last posted any updates on the old girl but the wait is over. My first thread kind of lost its way abit. but now that i have some funds (but no motorbike ) the project is back on track and only a mot away from its first drift wat yer brung day. jsut a few pics to explain how it all started.

This was how it looked when i got the keys. (spot the girlfriend lol)

And now how she looks.







Well the specs havent really changed much from factory.Just fitted a ashley exhaust system and k&n to help her breath a bit better.Lowered her 2" all round and fitted some minilite replica wheels. but the trick bits are in the diff instead if welding it i have fitted a spool and yes its fun lol. yeah its a x-flow mate and its staying in there for a while. next step is twin 45's and ported and polished head. i have got a steel balanced crank i beam rods and pistons to go in aswell. so hoping for about 115 bhp but i do have a my eye on a cosworth engine that the father in law owns so fingers crossed that will find its way in there eventually.
