bdc/edc spec jzz30 soarer!!!

hi,

i brought this car off saj at japperformanceparts.co.uk was a lil battered as it had a "light" front end accident. i intended to use it for drifting as i had my s14 before this but i wanted something that was a bit different. the damage was a little bit to much for the jig to pull it out and me not having the funds to buy a new chassis rail and turret

so i got the damaged fixed as best as i could, and drove it, i have done few drift days at lydd and a few at santa pod and it was awsum.

after trying to get the setup of the car how i want it i was told that it could never be spot on as the passenger turret was sitting higher than the rest

so i managed to get hold of a new shell from julian at garage-d

thankfully i have managed to get sponcership through GT-Developments and http://www.coolkits.co.uk who are supplying me with a kit for the 2009 bdc and all i have to do is get my license (fingers crossed)

they will be doing chassis prep and a custom roll cage as there isn't a prebuilt one on the market atm, they will also be getting the engine to about 550bhp using either the gt3037 or a gt3082 from owen developments if anyone needs to know anything on turbos phone paul at owen, he is a legend!!

well heres some pics from when it arrived to now, there will be some pics of the shell coming soon as its not with me at the moment.

another Soarer! Cool car! LikeŽem!
Can you make a small documetation about you engine/tranny mods when you decided which turbo you choose?
There are rollcages from different manufacturers in japan like cusco or have alook at rhdjapan.com
Already increased your steering angle?
Heads up, man!

1. yeah i will do m8, got list already of what parts i need but u know whats its like i may change it as its built.

2. roll cages through rhdjapan.com are out of stock and i wanted a custom cage done as i wanted one that will go through the bulkhead to the turrets as well as a few other nice bits on the cage.

3. all i have done is increased camber and steering spacers brought from driftworks.

right, have a few parts lined up now

carbon bonnet, boot through epracing are on my blue one even tho they will be put onto the other shell once cage is done but here's some pics for u to drool at lol also got vented front wings but there be going on the other shell first.

hope u like

o and the wheels are 18x10 et 20 front and 18x11 et9 on the back btw

dont think the car liked it as throughout the day i was losing aero on basicly every lap
but after a quick phone call to rodger at coolkits a kit was aranged to be made and for me to collect it this week

some pics and vids of me on the day

some good one of how close me and dylan (wideboys14) was getting during the day

no its going white with black roof and pillars, red interior and engine bay. the graphics are black and red, wanted a colour that was simple and easy to touch up if needed.

will be putting the carbo bonnet and boot onto it also, and having perspex windows made to try and get the wieght down a lil more lol
