R32 GTS-t questions

Evening all,

just a few silly questions on R32's.

1. How do you remove the rear seats? ive been trying and there does'nt seem to be any catches? (pardon the pun)

2. How do you remove the parcel shelf? the oem speakers circa 1992 are shot so I need to get some more

3. What size are the standard rear shelf speakers and would you be able to fit 6 x9's?

Cheers guys

p.s on a happy note ive found a red Sabelt harness tucked under the rear seat also a jap pen, and a jap receipt

2: remove the plastic cover over the wash wipe and then the parcel shelf will lift and come out!

The rear seats are a total bastard if you don't know how to do it.
What you need to do is lift the bottom section up at the front end, and then at the left and right sides, you should be able to see a metal loop coming down to goes into a plastic bracket on the floor. I used a screwdriver to push the tab thing back in the middle of it, and then the seat comes right up.
After that 2 bolts at either side of the rear section, and then you just lift that straight up and off.

Carvolution who trade over on skylineowners.com can supply fully made custom rear shelves ready to take 6x9's. I think they're about £65.
