Last night my beloved Volvo had a slight oopsie!!! and ended up with like 20 degs toe out and bent lower arms

We tied it to a barrier and tried to pull it straight which didnt fix it lol

Need someone with a powerful 4x4 and a strong post to tie it to...

Its the only thing keeping me skidding still mate. S13 is no longer road legal as I couldnt afford it.

Volvo FTW!! I think its a lot more fun than my S13 coz I can really push it to the limits.

dan have you ever drove one? i think there underestimated, ive owned about 6 cars so far and the 340 was the most fun by far maybe not the quickest but there reliable and handle great even with a welded diff.

Ok an update. The rear suspension was upgraded today. It is now seriously stiff

Brand new uprated shocks £32 delivered . Pic of new and old shock...

The front was rock hard already and the rear is now solid too.

All I can say is

This car puts a huge grin on my face every time I drive it. I love it!!!

Fronts have chopped down MR2 springs dropped right down to bump stops. Its as stiff as coilovers.

Rears are Land Rover shocks indeed.

Surely the fronts just have no movment at all then if that low? May as well just remove it and put scaffolding poles?

Or?

But if it drives mint now, then cool, perfect

Haha nice one I still do love the 340's after owning one Thing I find with them too is that there sooooooo easy to work on, just nice n simple, no computer malarky, special tools etc. etc!

Well it is a bit "bouncy" to drive but that doesnt bother me coz its really good to drift. I can live with a slight concussion from banging my head on the roof. Small price to pay for the skidding fun.
