MCNSPORT.com SuperTune SR86 Corolla

Yet another one guys....

as per usual this one is getting the full works.. stripped down, sandblasted, seam welded, SR20'ed, MCNSPORT caging, MCNSPORT BLUE painted with underbody parts painted MCNSPORT GREEN, WORK wheel'ed etc etc

We are also working on a few custom jobs for this model - As we manufactor fiberglass aswell as carbon fibre, we are thinking of giving this one a carbon roof, dash, firewall, spare wheelwell cover and a few other bits and pieces :P

Anyway back to it, this is what we have done so fare..

Chassis on spit after seamwelding, MCNSPORT AE86 cage, wheel well tubbing, tunnel modification, chassis lightening (extreme lightening) and finally sandblasted:

Chassis just after it being sprayed custom MCNSPORT BLUE:

Here we have fitted a complete Nissan S14 subframe to the rear and painted it MCNSPORT GREEN, we have also fitted new PowerFlex bushes:

Here we have the new fuel cell fitted+new fuel pump, with nice and clean braded hoses, pedals-gear lever-steering col-brake and clutch mater cyl refurbished and re-fitted: (EXCUSE THE DUST!!)

We also fitted a vertical hyd e-brake and turned the piston upside down so as to completely hide the pipes, ones seat is installed - NICE!

Here you see the hyd e-brake nearly fitted:

Here we have the newrear coilovers fitted, along with most of the suspension arms (Everything is being changed/modified) - Naturally the discs will be changed along with new pads, however this is only a small/quick job and will be done when nessesary:

Here we have closer pics of the MCNSPORT engine mounts and MCNSPORT Gearbox mount:

Hi there folks,

With Darren and myself being on the road as much a we have this year, I have not been so good at posting the pics as work progresses - SO.. here's some of the work we have done to this project since last..

We have the rear completely done now, with every part replaced and dialed in - This AE86 look 100% new, because it is - and it's is seriously going to turn heads upon completion.. Rear suspension has been adjusted and fitted probably, brake lines done, new discs added and the new calipers and pads are to be added shortly..

We also have the custom rad done now and it's ready to be fitted, once we take delivery of the custom front mounted intercooler - Which will be v-mounted like on the MCNSPORT.com SR86 Corolla - Once this arrives, we will get it fitted and fully functional.

This is shaping up to look absolutely sick. I love the colors. THe Meisters look awesome! Nice wings, too.

So an S14 subby will mate right up to an AE86? Or does it need some convincing?
