My N/A S13 Silvia

Well I though it was about time I started a little project thread

Around a year ago I purchased a PS13 Silvia with the following spec:

SR20 DE Engine
Front Strut Brace
ARC super induction system and cyclone pipework
Stainless 4 branch manifold and large bore exhaust system
Aero front spoiler
Veilside side skirts
Aero front grill
6 spoke 15" Pro N Black front wheels
8 spoke 15" Tomei Rear wheels
Lowered/uprated Tokiko shocks and springs
Short ratio gearbox with quick shift.
1.5way Aftermarket diff
Braided brake lines
Earth grounding kit
Momo Steering wheel and hub
Nismo gearnob.
Denso IK 20 plugs

And the car looked something like this:

First purchase was a Drift button (only cause a mate was ordering one lol)

Shortly after this I was off for a day at Driftwest 2 with my fellow Night-walker friends

Didn’t really pick up much but had a hell of a good time and totally caught the drifting bug

Some time after the spoiler was removed as it simply wasn’t my cup of Tea
(Notice the getto style painted grommets )

Next up was a snap-off Hub & different steering wheel (can’t find any picks)

Then I got my hands on a Bride seat an frame that pretty much fitted the car

The seat got a good tidy up and clean before finally fitting

Since then there was a trip to a DWYB where my skidding got a bit better

Then after that I attended a BDC licensing day where I failed simply cause I suck

Sadly since then things haven’t gone to well……

I had a slight run in with a barrier and made the car a little ugly

And with a little help from a friend:

I have still been driving the car although I’ve had a little clutch trouble which I’m using as an excuse to keep the car locked up while I do a little striping work on it, I’ll update on this progress soon…………….

You may now mock away

Ouch, shame about the smash mate!

Your close ratio box explains the ease at which it drifts compared to mine.

Im gonna get the ARC intake myself at some point.

Keep it NA, it makes me feel less lonely!!!

Why thank you buddy

I can't wait either Jamie, Nearly got all the sound-deadening out Mr. Woody is giving me a hand to get the Dash out (at which point he'll again tell me to flock it ) so I can get behind it, clean up and paint it. May also pull out the whole A/C system too

lovely car mate, just wanted to ask tho, any ideas what kind of exhaust that is?

and when u say big bore exhaust are we talking a good 4" wide pipe coming out the back of the backbox to the cat?

looks the same as mine, any videos of it going? edit just spotted the video lol

that was just what was on the spec when I got the car, it looks the same as a Turbo size pipe or a little bigger than what should be on a N/A

In car @ DWYB:

You may be losing a few decrepid mule powers with the big bore exhaust though.... especially with no turbo powers...

When its booked in, I'll do some maths and work out if its efficient or not..

how much/how easy is it to 'flock' a dash? My dash is out at the moment, so it would be the best time.
