I was on MSN and someone randomly started a conversation with me, and showed me the Jap Performance Parts website Jap Performance Parts : Home, and showed me their datsun they had for sale (they still have another), I took one look at it and instantly fell in love with it. I called them up and made them an offer. I told Julian from severnside Severnside Imports ~ Specialists in Japanese Performance Import Cars about it and he instantly became interested. I drove up to Chepstow and had a look around his place at his weird and wonderful motors. {} {} {} {} He had just finished building an amazing S13 and PS13 {} {} {} {} As Julian is a big fan of all weird and wonderful when it comes to JDM motors, he instantly assigned him self project manager. He drove me up to Crawley to collect the pick up. {} {} {} {} {} Saj was really helpful and supportive of what we want to do with this project. {} We loaded her onto the trailer and took her back to severnside. On our way back we got talking and decided we the paint wasnt quite upto scratch, so we were gonna give her an overhaul whilst the engine was out. Julian being a big fan of candy apple Red, offered to undertake the work straight away. The car is currently at severnside being striped and ready for paint.
Great looking pickup, loose the wing and it'll be badass! I like the way they mouted the Omori rev counter in place of the factory part, looks neat. Got any engine bay pics mate? Oldschool Datsuns FTW. I have a few UK Datsun links bookmarked in my browser, so if you need any parts drop me a PM, I might be able to help.
Hey Dan You do not wate any time in buying the sunny pickup Best of look with it Yes iam that random person who started the conversation with you
I live down the road from jap performance seen this pickup a few times and it is awesome, they were using it to carry rubbish to the dump tho! personally would never by a car from them! good luck with it im sure with some dollars thrown at it she will be spectacular

Got a SR20DE loom and ECU here I thin. Came out of Doz's shell and think thats what he was running but may be worth a check !
