| Crap Hat PS13 ![]() Swapped my 320i for this and now I know how Jack (of Beanstalk fame) felt when he swapped his cow for some magic beans ![]() ![]() It's a multicoloured shonky but rust free PS13 Silvia which I intend to throw some of my spare bits at and attempt to make presentable. It has pretty much nothing in the engine bay, and nothing inside except the steering wheel and a bespoke (or something ) alloy dash. Many thanks once again to Mister Big Toe (Chunk) himself for recovering it to my place all the way from deepest darkest Canterburycestershire and dropping the aforementioned Bimmer with Jack (not of beanstalk fame). I had planned to drop in my RB20 that I have sat around but I need to get a few bits together before it'll be running, and it has to be MoT'd before I can register it. The cheapest way of getting it up and running will be to put a CA in it (I've just been a little bit sick in my mouth) which I've found a complete conversion for little monies, so the RB can wait. As it is intended to be a runaround, the CA will be fine anyway-I was just being an SR snob, which I much prefer for the driftings. ![]() First up will be to spray the door shuts black and fit a carpet to cover the disgusting mess of paint inside, then refit the seatbelts and put in a set of S15 seats to make it look purdy. After that, the dash can go in and inside's job done. Exterior wise, it is plenty of different shades of blue so thought it an ideal candidate for a lick of Nato green, but have been offered a very good rate for a respray. With that in mind I thought I'd sort the wings and find a half decent front bumper to go with the new sideskirts from the garage, repair the smashed rear bumper if it's doable and get it painted nicely. Dropped on coilovers with with GTRs following a five stud conversion, and I reckon it'll look quite presentable. Looking at it now though, it's quite hard to picture. I certainly have to do something with (or to) the rear lights, as they make me sicker than than the thought of owning a CA powered Silvia. I've never seen so many stickers on (and in) a car... ![]() More to come soon. I suppose I should spend my time with getting the 180 done first and hopefully regain some interest in it. |

You couldn't wreck it more than Jack unless you were able to ram it into a concrete block. Oh, hang on...... ![]() I thought you didn't do dirty Neesans though? The arches are a wee bit flared, so luckey i have some 9.5 ET12s kicking about, plus spacers if necessary. |

Thanks very much, for the offer. Can you PM me when your spangly ones are here then please? Designator-they won't pass the MoT unless it's very friendly, and will not be staying on the car if I can help it. |
