jacks new drift car (Again!) R32

yep, ive changed cars again.

only this time i finaly have a real spec drift car, and fuck me does it go!

just picked it up from danny (swiftworks) on here, sure most of the bdc guys will know the car.

spec so far (though probably loads more i havnt found yet!)

RB25 engine
T28R turbo
HKS cams
HKS oil cooler
HKS oil filter relocation
HKS exhaust
HKS EVC6 boost controller mapped by GT art at 0.9bar
GReddy single plate paddle clutch
r33 gearbox
Uprated fuel pump
big FMIC

HSI FULL ADJUSTABLE COILOVERS ALL ROUND FRONT FULL ADJUSTABLE DRIFTWORKS UPPER AND LOWER CAMBER ARMS.
FRONT FULL ADJUSTABLE DRIFTWORKS TIE RODS
TEIN ADJUSTABLE STEERING AND EXTRA LOCK ARMS
CUSTOM BUMP STOPS
R34 BOTTOM ARMS
DRIFTWORKS HICAS ELIMINATOR KITREAR FULL ADJUSTABLE DRIFTWORKS CAMBER ARMS
SOLID MOUNTED (ALLY) SUBFRAME MOUNTS
NEW BRAKES ALL ROUND
NEW HANDBRAKE AND WHEEL BEARINGS
CUSCO FRONT AND REAR STRUT BRACES

Uras front bumper
GTR side skirts
GTR rear bumper
Carbon bonnet
Bonnet pins
Rota torque 9.5j fronts
AVS 9.5j rears
Strobes in front lights

Carbon seat
GTR passenger seat
Driftworks harness
GReddy boost gauge
GReddy turbo timer
Driftworks fly off handbrake
Cusco full 6 point cage
Digital Heads up display
Omori oil temp gauge
Omori water temp gauge
Omori box temp gauge

and lots more.

cars just been mapped at GT art at 385bhp, and had a shit load spent on suspension setup.

only driven it 100 miles or so back and its incredible! ive never owned a properly set up car, and the difference is just amazing. im used to standard arms with ropey coilovers and bent arms with skinny wheels and standard lock, this thing is just an animal, spool up is stupid fast and breaks traction easier than my last car did in the wet!

and it flames, big time! according to hammond who followed me back

not the best drive home as managed to pop a boost hose, and didnt think to bring any tools, so limped to services and bought a screwdriver. problem solved.

then managed to snap the PAS belt somehow! so couldnt have much fun on the way back!

but not bothered, fix that in the morning.

will get pics 2moro. for now heres one:

plans:

not many! just learn how to drive it, as everything is 10x better than my last car so might even give me a bit more skillz!

bdc livery will of course be removed, and got a few bits to change in the interior. will probably swap the rims for something a bit more my taste. everyone seems to have rotas!

oh and yes, before i get a million comments, im not going to smash it up etc etc....

BIG THANKS to hammond for driving me up there, even if he was late picking me up/whinging about me getting crumbs on his seats/putting my feet on the dash etc.

that is all. im knackered.

definetly not breaking it. chilax.

to people who still couldnt believe i broke the 13. it was only an s13! sure it looked great, but under the looks was.... nothing! but a set of coilovers, welded diff and stock powers/lock. not exactly a high spec drift car. so ive sacrificied looks for perfomance. makes plenty o sense!

andy- those pics rock dude! cheers

Yaaaay! Although, Jack, I'm concerned that you've managed to break it twice before even getting it home

Ha! I'd not even thought of that. Not a good group of roads to take at the best of times.

On a seperate note: If you're definately selling the rotas and can do monthly installments I'll take them off your hands
