Also how do you take the airbags out? and the switch on the rear seats for the driver one ?

Student....?!?! What kinda Student are you lol

When I was a student the best I could do was a Mk1 Fiesta and a Vauxhall Nova (Dont laugh)

All joking aside, great looking car to start off with let alone carring on with the work. Was the rear bumper a complete lose or can it be repaired?

    Look forward to seeing more.

i removed the sound proofing under the parcel shelf... really annoying job... i still need to finish it actually.

main console should be just two screws inside the tray/box compartment, then take off the gear stick facia and another two screws there. (i think)

no idea about air bags... athough i think that abs module can be left in... and you can just disconect the airbag module inside the steering wheel? a quick search on the sxoc should reveal all though.

    Good luck

Nice car mate. With the airbig, what ever you do MAKE sure that you have disconnected the battery before trying to take them out. Start with pulling the gear stick surrounding and should see some screws. Have a look at my project thread as I had LOTS of fun with taking out the sound proofing.

Im a saving student/blow it on drift cars :P

Thanks for the comments guys and yes THE BODYKIT IS BEING REPAIRED NOW i just can't really decide what to do, just use 2 pack paint? or water based? even thought i mate of mine recons it'll look different.. even though i have the paint code but yeah i understand about weather wise

    OR

vinyl it??? graphite style? or gloss red? lamborghini white with a black roof?

Also thanks for the info on the air bags will leae that for a bit though not my main priority get my exhaust all sorted again soon just wandering would it be ok to run my car around 13 miles with basically.. just a flexi on? or will it knacker the turbo seals as no backpressure also been told they don't really need them?

Start whacking away at the sound proofin on the front again after talking to phil have to use no heat gun or else knowing me il melt a lot of wires by mistake..

Someone also asked me my plans:

Lose the little bits of rust
    Full drifting cage
    dw button
    harnesses
drift steering wheels (probably sparco or momo)
    boss
    power fc or vems etc
    overfenders front and rear
uprated anti role bars (if not already done)
rocker arm stopper (if not in)
    cams (if not in)
    uprated radiator
    twin fans
    oil cooler
rota torques or another 2 gtr's (drift wheels)
    Works vs xx
uprated brakes (probably going to be off a r34 GTR)
    flocked dash maybe
    extra lock arms
    poly bush (if not done)

    eventually also

    swirl pot
    fuel cell
    hydrolic handbrake

That's about it really as i said im in no rush and i have a funny feeling il get a few bumps along the way but other than that lots and lots of practise

I found the best way to remove the little bits/glue was to soke an old tshirt in white spirit and place it over the section you want removed... leave it over night then remove and whipe with some clean rag/tshirt (using maybe a little more white spirit)

whilst that last pic is up... whats the copper cable for that is under the passanger seat? and the cable that is connected to the passanger seat, is this for heated seats?

Not that i know lol , the white ended one connects to the seatbelt.. (where it hooks up so i presume its something to do with the airbags even though it was unclipped anyway on either side) and the braided wire goes to my decat :S? presume its like another lambda?

Also whats the orange stuff on the edge of the sound proofing on the front? like a glue? should i also chisel this all out? or leave it

Ive used white spirit and petrol. Petrol works better and but its strong and gets you a little high lol. Its a little long leaving it over night, just use one of those kitchen green clothe thingys and petrol.

It's just a spare fuse. Nothing to worry about, unless your fuse box is missing one! I don't know about Nissans specifically, but the fuse box lip usually has a guide to which size/rating of fuse (i.e. the number on the top) goes in which socket. Check to see that they're all present and correct. If so, keep the spare fuse somewhere handy just in case you need it, if not, replace as necessary.
