Thx for comments, jupp it will be 100% Drift, i am drifting since 2006, first with a 330Diesel E46, BMW M5 E34, then 325i E30, swapped it to 340i V8 after 6 months and now i will drift that for next season. Hopefully i can do some tests this year but atm i dont get wiring right. Engine didnt work at all yet so i dont have vids of it...
I'll swap you! The engine in my car is knackered but the wiring seems to be OK. Maybe we can combine them to make one working car?
Fun project and congratulations to the startup! How come you not turbo convert an m50b25 engine? // Jockek
Cause i dont have one and dont want to do unreliable stuff like that... It was a M52B28 not a M50B25...
I know you had an m52 engine, thats why I asked about turbo convert an m50 engine. Because the m50 engine are made of cast iron and can be turbo-charaged with 400-450hp with out problems Just wonder why you made such effort, when you could made it easyer I like the engine swap you made It was just a thought I had Now good luck with your project, I like to see more exciting updates from you! //Jockek
It´s a 1 JZ, so HP could be raised up to 375 hp without changing anything on the stock engine... With the money for a turbocharged BMW engine you will get 700 hp without troubles and still have a relying engine (TOYOTA ;-)) Show me a bmw running more than than 400 hp for more than 1 year..... sorry bimmerguys @axel Congratulations for climbing up the soapy wall
Some more updates: -Rear Swaybar mounted -Did some Wiring Stuff in front -Mounted Igniter and other stuff -Put Lights and Hood back on -Varex Muffler hangs under car -Found another open vacuum nipple -Connected all Check Control Sensors -....
Did some Exhaust yesterday: took about 2 hours of spot welding, didnt finish yet cause i have to get my trike prototypes ready for IAA Exhibition...
