    2000 BMW 740iL LPG Bedford £2695

The Ultimate BMW 740iL with LPG

Unfortunately I've got to sell my 740iL due to my financial situation.
I haven't had it long but it bring a smile to my face every time I drive it and it has so much presence on the road!
It only costs £40 to fill a tank and gets just below 300miles if driven carefully; the same fuel costs as a normal hatchback petrol car!

    Important information
4.4litre V8 converted to run on LPG (74p per litre!) & runs as normal on petrol if you wish too.
MOT April 20th 2013 - passed with NO advisories
    Tax end November
Auto gearbox with Sports and manual mode (5 speed steptronic)
Long wheel base spec. meaning extreme leg room in the rear
    Recent oil change
    4 recent tyres (+spare v. good too)
    167,000miles (only just ran in!)
    No dents, damage
LPG filler placed subtley on the bumper out of the way

    Specification/toys
    Full black leather interior
    Climate control (Ice cold AC)
Style 92 6 series 19" polished staggered alloy wheels
Lowered on lowering springs (not just bodged cut springs)
M-sport Steering wheel with multifunction buttons
    Cruise Control
Heated, massage & electrically adjustable memory front seats
Heated & electrically adjustable rear seats
    Parking sensors front and rear
Sports Electronic Damper Control (Stiffens the dampers for sporty driving)
    DSC (Dynamic Stability Control)
Electronically opening AND CLOSING rear boot lid - very cool
    Electric rear window blind
    Rear door curtains
    AUTO Wipers with intensive function
    AUTO Dip rear view mirror
    AUTO Dip door mirrors
    Very cool wind deflectors
Remote contral locking (two keys - both work)
    Double glazed electric windows
Analogue TV (needs digital convertor to work) with AV input
Intergrated into the screen is the on board computer - MPG, speed, speed limiter, etc.
    6 CD changer in boot
Auxilary heating (you can set a timer for the car to warm up before you get in in the morning!)
Mobile phone (Just needs new sim card - old one not topped up for 6 months and has been cut off - think it may still receive calls?)
    Electric tilt and slide sunroof
    Cup holders front and rear
Steering wheel adjustable for both reach and rake
    Rear foot rests
Rear Centre armrest with massive storage area
Traffic master maps show on screen (out of subscription)

    Recent service work done
    VANOS solenoids x2
    New tyres all round
    Front & Rear brake pads
    Rear Ball joints
Steering centre link and trackrod ends
    Rear upper suspension arms

    Insp 1 service
    New Bosch Wipers
    Negative points
Some stone chips on grill area of bonnet
some laquer has peeled of the painted area of the wheels (not on the polished areas though)
a small blister on the rear bootlid by the number plate
Common problem- some duff pixels in the instrument cluster at the bottom

This is a unique* luxurious car that will not dissapoint you, it goes well, comfortably and cheap on fuel!
*find another lowered 740 with syle 92's that's a lwb!

Indeed you are correct, quite a rare combination to find and yes I've been doing around 120miles a day a few days a week in ultra comfort!
