UK 1999/T 200sx s14a Touring, Uprated parts, low miles for year, FSH

SOLD

I'm putting up for sale my UK 1999/T 200sx s14a Touring. Its in sapphire blue with cream leather interior, has done 82k and has Full service history. Its been owned by 2 enthusiasts ( SX Owners club members ) for the last 4 years and was standard up until then. This is my second s14a having owned a beautiful Do-luck GTS in between, I feel now though its time to move on again and fancy an E46 M3.
The last service was carried out 1.5k ago, Silkolene Pro-S oil has been used by myself and the previous owner ( as recommended by Opie oils ). I have only ever run it on high Ron fuel, ie. Optimax, BP ultimate or Tesco 99.
It has 12 months MOT and 5 months tax.
The gearbox was replaced roughly 2000miles ago with an item from a 40k car, this was due to the 5th/reverse selector breaking ( common on these box’s ). As well as the standard 'Touring' equipment, CD changer, A/C, Leather ( which is in excellent condition ) etc the car has been extensively modified, all listed below.

1999/T UK 200sx s14a Touring in Sapphire Blue with 3 spare alarm fobs and spare key.
12 months MOT until End of Feb 2009
5 months Tax until End of July 2008
Full service History - Book fully stamped
82,000 miles

As it is the car wants for nothing, I feel its been modified well in all key area’s and has been 100% reliable. I thoroughly enjoy driving it but if I don’t sell then I wont be able to afford the car I now want.
I think £6500ovno is a fair price, yes you can buy a standard example for £4-4.5k, but with this mileage and history total up the money that’s been spent and you’ll soon realise it’ll cost you a lot more to get to this kind of spec, put into perspective the wheels and suspension would cost you near £2500 alone.
EDIT Just to say the bootlid wont open on the key, it opens fine from the internal lever but not with the key, possible stiff lock, its never been an issue for myself.

I won’t sell the car for peanuts, if I don’t get the price I want then I’ll start stripping parts off it like I did with my last 14a and get a better return that way.

Price - £6500ovno
PRICE NOW £6,000 NO OFFERS Before i start to break it

Thanks

Tom

Nice example indeed. How soon are you looking to sell? When are you available to inspections?

Typically 280-290 with that spec pending how strong an engine you have.

Doesn't look like anyone wants her in its current state so if it doesn't sell before this weekend ( 12th ) i'll probably start taking goodies off to sell separately.
