Really cheap S14 Skid Car

As the title says. A 1996 "N" reg S14 manual. 108,000 miles no vvt rattle nice quiet engine. Car has mot until Jan 2009 and tax until end of Sept 08.

It has good tyres all round, bodily it is good but not mint but as a skid car it will probably meet a few cones or barriers anyway.

So to the price: As it is I want £1650 o.n.o. with the tax in it. Or add in a welded diff and 4 x std wheels & tyres I want £1850 for it.

If there is enough interest I may break it at £1300 for engine+Gearbox+ECU+loom and the remainder can go as and when.

Any reason for such a low price on such a mint car?

Are you interested in a part-ex with an Alfa Romeo 156 2.5 V6, 6-spd manual, Sportpack2 (Recaro interior, teledial 16s and lower suspension)

Engine bay just looks normal to me Dex, bit dark in places but it's probably general dirt and grime from a 12 year old car. Engine bays look a lot worse than that if they've been on fire

Hi all sorry been out all morning in MK. Answers below

1] Not really looking for a PX sorry

2] Complete car was undersealed including engine bay--no fire

3] Its not what I would class as mint. It is okay but then it is 12yr old so only to be expected that it has had a small knock or two. HPi Clean & Clear

4] I buy & sell these and only want a small margin, so if I buy cheaper I sell cheaper. Result for everyone.

Does that make £350 o.n.o. then?

Good effort but no cigar ! I can get £350 for the hubs & brakes, get £300 for the complete glass set, get £250 + for the front end easily and then shit like radio surround and gear lever surround, along with other shit will fetch a couple of hunded--all less the labour to strip of course.

So it needs to be better than £350 to get me excited.

You could of course buy it all and take what you want and sell the rest off at a profit ?

Looks likely that I will break this car. Unless someone steps forward by Sat ?

If I do I would prefer to break it in large lumps i.e.

All 4 hubs & brakes etc for 5 stud conversion
Engine with loom+ECU+NATS+gearbox
Diff
Glass
Front end if poss--but will split
