| My 8k miler APT S14a For Sale I have just copied over what i put on pistonheads, any questions please ask. Nissan : APT fast road engined 200sx Up for sale is my pride and joy, near enough everything on this car has been replaced so the mileage is nothing to go by. The engine has only covered just over 8000 miles since being built by APT www.ap-tuning.co.uk which consists of fully reconed block, ballanced crank, standard lightend flywheel, standard rods, Forged pistons. All put togeather with new nissan bearings, oil and water pumps. Head fully reconed with new valves, springs, cams etc. Engine was correctley run in for the first 1000 miles, then been run on 10w/60 millers fully synthetic race motor oil, which i choose to change every 1000 miles. At the same time as the engine, the new Garrett GT28R turbo was fitted along with a stainless manifold (Apex) and turbo elbow (Apex), all joined to the downpipe (Apex) and de-cat pipe(Apex) after which its connected to a Apexi GT spec cat back system. The manifold and elbow have since been changed back to standard items as i found the car has alot more mid range torque with this set up. plus it cracked and this car was built for reliabilty over performance. At about 500 miles into the run in proccess the (Apex) type 1 front mount intercooler was fitted along with a Apexi AVCR boost controller. Transmission: ACT extreme paddle clutch uprated gearbox (parts unknown as the box came out of Keiichi Tsuchiya's spare Kei Office S14)1st 2nd and 3rd gear are close ratio seems to be standard 4th and 5th. extra parts under the bonnet consist of: Blitz LM air filter Stainless Catch Tank Varta small battary (not the crap race one) Whiteline strut brace nismo oil filler cap painted rocker cover (blue) painted inlet manifold (silver) i did the painting just to keep it looking clean. custom washer bottle and pump Bodywork: pretty much standard S14a, front bumper is cut to allow airflow to intercooler along with the standard spilter painted blue to match bumper. (bumper could do with a touch up on the paint this can be sorted out before sold). Headlights have been tinted inside along with the sidelights (see phil morrison S14a) I have also fitted bonnet pins as i always thought the bonnet moved about to much under accelaration. Driftworks.com url sticker up passenger side of bonnet, Tinted rear quarter windows, carbon GT style rear spoiler (custom mounted down low normal height brackets are with the car in the sale plus standard rear spoiler) Chassis: lowered on urated springs with low mileage shocks fitted Skyline R33 GTS front brakes fitted (bigger and alloy calipers) project mu pads all round. Volk racing CV-pro alloys 9.5x17 et22 all round with 255/40 tyres on rear like new and 235/45 on the front about half worn. Interior: full leather no bolster wear at all. (slight cut on passenger side wear the recline handle has rubbed on the seat edge. OMP leather steering wheel Top Secret gear knob (Keiichi Tsuchiya's S14 again) Tim boost gauge, Tim oil pressure gauge, (i never plumed it in as i still hav'nt bought a sandwich plate) Greddy oil/water temp gauge (still no sandwich plate) AVCR in air vent. Custom made rear shelf to house 6x9 speakers (tastfully done) Jvc cd head unit (very nice not covered in buttons) HKS turbo timer fitted to steering column. I have most spare parts for this car which is all included with the sale: Stainless manifold, Turbo elbow modified to a scremer pipe, lots of spare engine parts etc. This car is very quick a friend of mine has a stage 2 chipped ECU one and he can't keep up with it. As far as i know its running about 300 BHP but i think its the Torque more then anything that makes this car as quick as it is. Taxed and tested ready to go by the way. It will kill me to see it go, but i just can't get the kids in it anymore so i need a nice 4 door car. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

the torque is just unreal on mine, just can't understand how well it performs over higher bhp 200's. | |
