I know two Esc MkII owners from near me (not far from Coombe) who never miss a ford / action day type day at coombe and almost always have a mate in tow with a brown kadett coupe with tuned pinto. Similar colour, stance and period as your car. Equally cool.

Gorgeous car, good luck with the sale, wish it was worth £500 not 5k lol.

any interest guys or do I need to keep buying more stuff??

Just put a brand new water pump on it last night with fresh coolant in it, have just ordered a new Panard rodfrom Techno Toy Tuning and have some custom FRP flared driver and pass wings coming for it too!

Also, am going to fit new inner and outer tie rods at the weekend along with a Battle Version Kit 2 steering lock spacer kit for MASSIVE lock and new boots too for the rack.

If it dont sell, I will have no choice but to rip the engine out and put something with more power in and keep it.

Im telling you folks...

YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER SPECED KE70 or AE86 for this cash thats had SO MUCH work carried out on it.

I bought theis car COMPLETLY STANDARD with the 1300cc carbed engine in it and have transformed it it to a tight handling, retro looking machine.

Heres some pics from the restoration...

adamski why are you selling it anyways? what you after dude?

also if you keep buying stuff will the selling price stay the same

I mean the car's had LOADs done and spent on it and its badass even more so due to the price.

Remember, this car has done only

26,000 miles from new

Some recent pics of the engine bay and inside...

Ignore and mess, these wre taken just at random so not really a 'for sale' shots! :d

Also, I want to make a point,

Im not bothered if this car does not sell.

I just think its a same for it to become in poorer condition after all the hard work I have put in etc.

Id only buy something else in its place to use but Iif it hase to be this car then so be it

nah, id still love one but I just think I like the way a 'normal' engine operates etc.

Sure the rotary would be cool and different but to be honest, I just cant be arsed!

Basically looking at a 2.0l Zetec from a Mondeo, on Jenvey throttle bodies and some cams.

Alot of my mates with old escort have them in theres on similar set ups and make about 170-190 in different trims etc Not bad for a £100 engie (pluse the £1500 for the ECU and ITB's!) hahaha.

But Im thinking, maybe the engine but on carbs and different management, shave off the ford badge on the cam covers and no ones the wiser!

Cheers dude, yeah, you missed out, we were chatting Corollas and shit

The manifold was of an AE86 I broke AGES ago, the manifold was BRAND NEW when I bought the car and had just been fitted.

Its a HKS one, not sure on exact model/Price but its better than standar!

Think there like £500 plus??
