Why can't I post in the for sale section? - Drifting forum

We have a rule set up on the 'private for sale' sections of this forum. This rule will not allow new users to post in the for sale section until they have been registered for 14 days and have made at least 10 posts elsewhere on the forum.

Why is that?
Well, basically it's because this is not Exchange and Mart

It's only polite to at least come and say hello, introduce yourself and join in a chat before trying to sell people stuff.
