Is it the standard 3 bolt mitsi TD turbo flange, since afaik don't skylines have a 4 bolt as standard due to their stock garret style turbos?

by the way
i have seen plenty std. and aftermarket front bumpers around
from as little as £50 so, if you not in to drifting or dont like JDM style
you can change it yourself
