1991 Eunos Roadster 1.6

Well I'm going to miss it, but my car is now up for sale. I've only owned it 3 months (me being the 3rd owner since it was imported in 2002) but situations necessitate that she needs to go. I bought it of a female friend of mine (whom can be contacted if you'd like some more info) and she only used it to drive to work and back. The car is a 1991 1.6 manual, I have been told it's an S-Spec but can't confirm this. The car has

6 months tax
9 1/2 months MOT
4 new Falken tyres, spacesaver included
Recent rear window, battery and service
178,000km (110,000 miles)
Speedo converted to MPH although the odometer is still in KM. Foglight will also be refitted for sale if required
The roof looks like it's been replaced recently (can't confirm this) and has no rips or tears

The car has:
Metallic Paint (Moonstone Silver?)
Air con (no, I don't know why you need air con in a soft top either. But it's there and it works)
Standard alloys (sprayed matt black)
Electric windows
Power steering
LSD
Headrest speakers

as well as a few mods:
Selca immobiliser
Jasma manifold
Bilstein shocks and springs
Front and rear strut braces
HKS mushroom filter
Silver front grill
Clear side repeaters
Stick on front plate
Razo gearknob
Nardi steering wheel

This is a fantastic little car which I still love to bits. I've driven cars with more than double the power that aren't half as much fun. Being lowered it is a bit more hardcore than a standard 5 and will make an awesome track and road car. Hate to say it, but I loved this car far more than my S13! It starts first time, oil pressure is spot on and it has never once let me down. Everything electrical works as it should and the quality belies its age. Underneath is solid and I can't see any rust on it at all. As with any car, there are a few minor bad points. The paintwork isn't perfect, there is a patch of lacquer gone on the passenger wing (shown in photo) as well as a few tiny spot on the other wing. There are a few scratches, especially around the driver's lock but purely cosmetic. The steering wheel rim has seen better days and has ripped in a few places

So if it's so great, why am I selling? Well I'm off to New Zealand next year, so need to raise some cash. So it needs to go to a good home. I will also include a fibreglass rear spoiler (primed not painted or fitted) and a repair manual.

Pictures

Price is £1900 o.n.o

Any test drive is welcome with insurance, it's a great car and I have nothing to hide. Any questions, or if you'd like more photos, then just ask! We might still get a few sunny days as well!

part ex considered for something retro, economical and fun

Stereo and handsfree shown in pictures are not included. Neither is my Bosokoo ring.

I can vouch for this car as the previous owner in question was my girlfriend!

It really was a fun little car and I tried to steel it off the missis whenever I could!

We bought it from a guy in Bristol who was the first owner in the UK and never had any problems with it in the year and a half we had it!! Also just before we sold it to Alex we had a brand new rear window fitted at the cost of £120!

Dont let the girly image put you off, Try driving one and you will be hooked!! The only reason my GF sold it was that she wanted more seats so bought a Golf convertable instead! We also wouldnt have sold it to a mate if there was any problems with it!!

Good luck
