    A few people on the Mercades Facebook page asked where practice days are in the UK. I realised there was no full list that I knew of. So I figured I'd do this to help some people out. I'm sure I've missed some venues and links so post up and I'll try and keep things up to date!

    £45 plus £5 entry per person (Winter drift practice days)

    Book online on driftlands website.
    Practice days are held often (every other weekend over winter)

    Home of the longest and fastest circuit in the world.

    How to book/dates
    Book by watching out for announcements on the facebook page. You will need to pay a £20 deposit via paypal.
    Mostly drift days are held on bank holiday Mondays.
    Days sell out FAST (within hours) so be on the ball

    Notes

    Normal days run 2 tracks. 'West track' is a twisty technical track. "Nationals" is a fast track as seen for many years in BDC.

    Cost

    £10 entry to the circuit. This is for everyone. Drivers, Passengers and spectators.£30 a day to drive (always plenty of seat time)
    £10 a day to be a passenger.
    No need to prebook. Pay on the day.

    How to book/dates

    Just turn up on the day!
    Buxton usually run 1 practice day/weekend per month

    Notes

    Buxton boasts a friendly atmosphere, large pit area and organisers who like to mix it up with competitions and track layout changes.
    The track is in the middle of nowhere. A support car can be a good idea just in case!
    Buxton has walls around the edge of the whole track.

    Buxton does have walls however there is a run off area of shale around the outside. Good for new drivers

    Very popular venue and the home of the e36. The track has large walls surrounding it. There is a small play pen/skid pan where thoes new to drifting can practice.

    Gate entry is £5.00 an adult, under 16's are free.
    Concessions for OAP's £4.00.
    Car parking £2.00 per car.

    Where's the love for the south!?...

    Essex arena (as moon spaceman says)
    Ringwood Raceway (Matchams, Bournemouth)
    Dakota Drift (Smeatharp, Exeter)
    Drift Inc Sessions at Pembrey Circuit (South Wales)

    I'm at work at the moment, I don't know the full in's/outs of these events but will try add more info another time!...

    £65 non novice
    £10 passenger wrist band

    I'm from the north lol so know little about down south and tbh I did the thread. Took me a few hours and nobody seemed to care. As it has view now I'll put more effort in :)
