welded diff on a day to day driving

ive had my s14 diff welded and its a bitch to drive round town has any eles had this sort of shit with these . how do u live with it ?

ha yeah i had about 5 people staring at me today thinking my car was broken.
tyres were squealing like a bastard as i was trying to park in a multistory

it makes no odds whether its a welded viscous or open diff. both wheels are still locked together. had one on every car i've owned for the past 4 years and feels weird when I get in a car without one now. youll get used to it

I have just fitted some 60 profile tractor spec tyres on the rear for road use and wow!

They soak up a lot more of the hops and judders then the old 40 profiles ones

Just something to consider

i just had my 36 diff welded and it seems fine! maybe you have some bushes going in your rear end or summin if it seems worse than your old car??? (though id give some helpfull suggestions which is a first for this site)
