Just thought I'd say Hi

Been off the drift seen for a couple of years now, but just brought a RWD impreza wagon with a welded diff for a laugh

Hoping to get down Norfolk arena on sat 10th of Dec to see what the wagon can do !?
Funny watching peoples reactions when a scooby goes fully sideways lol

id swap to STI rear end ASAP. other wise you'll be snapping shafts like Gianna Micheals

Dex - haha ;D I'v fitted another driveshaft and all seems ok so far. Just got back from a day of wet & sloppy drifting @ Norfolk arena. If it keeps happening I'll definatly look in to an STI rear end

Seen 2-3 different ones at Pod drifting, and know personally of a few more, so bet there plenty around.
They do fine, nothing amazing, but fine.

Unless they were cheaper than other similar options, and they not usually, id not be fussed, but I bet there 20+ rwd ones in the UK.

Mr bigtoe had his old one rwd on the road for ages with no real problems, we even had a stupid irresponsible twinning run from pets at home lights to the mini roundabout after tesco after the rb went in. Infact that was when we first met lol.

He took it to pod and ate 2 sets of rear driveshafts and broke something else which I can't remember. He swears it was from the rubber left smeared all across the playpens. I read somewhere they really don't like doing donuts but otherwise it should be ok.

I have this silly theory in my head that a wagon will hang the ass out better than a saloon so I'm edging towards doing it
