But why? It's a big heavy car, it's slightly different putting an sr in an r32 where the difference in weight balance makes a lot of difference to the cars handling.. I can't help but think the stagea wouldn't benefit in the same way.. I'd stick to a RB personally.

If you want to do it though, I think you need something like an s14 subframe, I don't know my nissan compatibility well enough to give you accurate details I'm afraid.

Yeah I meant an s14 front subframe, you wouldn't nessaserially need to change the rear subframe to fit an sr.

I've seen an ER34 with an SR in it... went quite well actually. The owner said it was kinda sucky before he upped the power. He was running something around 350bhp on a T518Z.

I'd imagine a stagea would be fairly similar

Bit of a hefty car to pull about but it'd be interesting to see it done, purely as it's something a bit different.

you would ideally start with a RWD one,but then you mayaswel just manual that. if its 4wd im guessing it will share the same lind of subframe setup as a GTR so you will have to mod the chassis rails and radiator support to get a RWD subframe on. an estate car would make a nice skid car for jamming more wheels into.

WGC34's are all s14 subframes, suspension, brakes etc etc etc ( rwd ones ) the WGNC34 are rear s14 and front gtr setup ( 4wd ones ) so as mitch said you'll need to get some modding going on to the front for an s14 subframe to fit

They weigh about 1680 iirc so a stock sr20 wouldnt feel quick at all cosidering it would be about 1550 ish taking in to account the weight difference on the engine and box. Wouldnt be that bad but it would be a step back unless youre planning on upping the powers

I jusr bought a rwd na stagea and through an rb25det and box out my 33 in it. Took a day and everything is bolt in plug and play

    That's because they know better.;-)
So if WGC34s is all s14 subframes, suspension, brakes etc etc etc is it mcpherson up front? Or double wishbone?

Sweet...well that's one less thing to do. So the early 2wd ones are basically sbody estates with RBs fitted from factory.
