Drift Experience Days at Crail?

So a while now I've been wanting to get into drifting but with job constraints and with being a full time student its not very practical to have a daily drifter to get from A to B so I'm wondering if anyone knows if Crail do drift experiences just so I can get some sort of taster in drifting?

Nope they dont, best thing to do is pop down on a thrash day or one of the sxoc days and speak with people and take passenger rides with them

This may seem like a stupid question but how do I go about finding out when these events are on?

A week on sunday is the next thrash ( 1/4 mile drag and an figure 8 to drift on theres normally quite a few cars at that

or the next sxoc big track day on the 8th of september.

Also add Crail raceway to facebook and youll be updated ont here about track days etc

Or come along too the Scottish at show where 7eam chizfab and friends will be doing drift taxis

As stu said, We are offering drift experiences at the scottish car show at ingelston this sunday. For on £10 we will strap you into a drift car and take you out.

bob on to sxoc mate and look in the scottish section for events. spectators are free at our crail days and there are plenty of good drivers to get in with for free who will take you out at speeds up to 80-90 mph through some nice fast corners. awesome fun and free too

not really. 17 quid to get into the show then 10 quid for two laps of a wee 2nd gear course or free?

Shots are available with potential rocket scientists , a potential space cadet and a potential f1 grand prix winner


At the crail days you have a range of drivers from complete novices to bdc super pro licence holders and am ex edc driver with a couple of podiums finishes under his belt in both single and team drift events
Im probably gonna do the next one too so if he would like to come out with me that's no problem at all.

Where did i say i had a problem with the taxi's? I'm giving the lad all the info. The taxis provide a great side show entertainment for people who are at the show anyway. Would i recommend someone pay 27 quid to come sit in a car with me at the scs show just to experience drifting?. Nope.

And lest we forget I was actually invited to do the paid demos ( for which i have still not recovered payment or balance thereof after deduction of cost of 5 series suspension you provided )and said i might do some taxis on the side

Either way Im about the whole truth. Not just the part that financially benefits me

Exactly the reason your not welcome this year! You didnt complete the demos as your car broke so didnt fulfill our non existent contract. haha

Not to let the truth spoil a good story but a replacement was provided and my end completed. Even if you promised to pay me a grand for this year id of told you to shove it as your evidently not someone to do business with.

And just incase you decide to throw toys i have retained all the conversations including the one where you admit to fucking up the whole day.
