What springs is everyone running on their BMWs?

I'm currently running 7kg front with M3 CSL ARB, and 7k rear with 21mm Alpina ARB.

The front seems fine, but the back end, even with the dampers up full has a ton of squat and has quite a bit of roll IMO, i'm wanting to eliminate this.

Before I order some 12s for the rear I'm wanting to know what everyone else is running?

Get true rear coils I went from a 8kg seperate spring down to 5kg and the cars much more planted.

So reason im getting so much roll is because my drop links have snapped on both sides!
I have ordered some 12k springs anyway and a set of new good quality droplinks.
